Cutting-edge design

Design elevates the craft. Defined by sharp lines and clean edges, the angular metal body combines a minimalist aesthetic with next-gen innovation. From the real-time feedback of the LED status indicator to the premium packaging, every detail tells Samsung SSD's craftsmanship.

Uninterrupted momentum

A drive to keep up with your fast pace without comprising your momentum. Offload an entire afternoons worth of RAW 4K footage in minutes, with rapid USB4® performance and 4,000/3,800 MB/s read/write speeds.

Capacity options to match your needs

On set, a full drive is a liability. Take up to 8TB of reliable storage anywhere, specifically engineered to sustain demanding 12K video recording workflows and hold hours of footage. Direct Recording lets you save your footage straight to the drive the instant you hit record.

Performance that lasts

Keep creating without slowing down. P9's sustained write performance enables seamless direct recording, effortless editing directly from the drive, and uninterrupted handling of massive RAW photos and high-resolution video files.

Security comes first

Privacy is never an afterthought. Protect confidential data from unauthorised access with built-in AES 256-bit hardware encryption and password protection through Samsung Magician Software. Enjoy reliable protection against data loss and greater peace of mind.

One shot. One opportunity.

The most powerful storytelling happens in the moments that cannot be replicated. When there are no second chances to get the shot, you need storage you can trust. Corrupted drives and sluggish transfer speeds can completely derail a shoot. If you miss the moment, its gone forever.

Whether youre working with a cinema-grade kit or a nimble mobile setup, P9 integrates seamlessly into your professional workflow. It eliminates storage limit anxiety and makes organizing raw footage on set quick and easy, leaving you free to focus on capturing your next masterpiece.

Engineered for the extreme

Long shoots demand gears that wont give up. P9 is equipped with advanced thermal guarding and a shock-resistant body, so your workflow stays cool, fast, and uninterrupted. Built to withstand 2m drops and heavy vibrations, it provides absolute reliability in any production environment.
